LONGITUDINAL is building a decision intelligence platform for clinical trials.
We help Pharma sponsors and CROs translate continuous wearable data into clearer operational and clinical decisions between patient visits. Our focus is on Phase II and Phase III trials, where earlier visibility into adherence, tolerability, physiological response and patient burden can improve how studies are designed, monitored and executed. We are device-agnostic and focused on integrating within regulated trial workflows. Our role is not to create more data, but to help clinical teams make better use of the data being generated.

LONGITUDINAL is led by an experienced Life Sciences leadership team, supported by advisers with expertise across clinical development, CRO operations, digital health adoption, finance, strategy and commercial scale-up.
Together, the team brings the scientific, operational and commercial experience needed to build a platform for real-world clinical trial workflows.
Stephane Argivier | Founder & CEO
Stephane has over 30 years’ experience in building and leading UK Life Sciences businesses through commercial growth, strategic positioning and value inflection points. He has led companies across IVD, critical reagents, Life Science tools and clinical development markets, with experience including strategy, fundraising, partnerships, international commercialisation and successful exits.
Peter Sargent | CSO
Peter brings senior scientific, data science expertise and clinical development experience, with a strong background in modelling, analytics and decision support for drug development. He supports LONGITUDINAL’s scientific strategy, clinical use-case development and translation of continuous data into meaningful trial insight.
Nigel Brokenshire
Strategy and Adoption Advisor
Nigel advises LONGITUDINAL on digital health adoption, clinical trial workflows and the practical requirements for bringing new technology into pharma and CRO environments. His focus is on helping ensure the platform is relevant, usable and aligned with how clinical development teams operate.
Jim Reid
Chair Elect
Jim is a serial entrepreneur, supporting LONGITUDINAL on business strategy, fundraising readiness and company development. He brings deep experience supporting high-growth life sciences companies through investment, governance and commercial scale-up.
Michelle Collis
Advisor
Michelle supports LONGITUDINAL on financial strategy, funding planning and commercial model development. Her input helps ensure the business is built with a clear path from platform development to scalable commercial adoption.
